About You
Greatly, it really challenged my expectations Goldman Sachs that I had held prior to the insight week (e.g. how scary and shouty it might be).
I felt greatly valued and people always took the time to help me if I needed it.
The Company
We had accountancy and excel training which were both super useful both for the insight week and will be beyond.
It is difficult with an insight week but because of the two week timetable it means you can actually spend time with employees getting to know them and understand their day to day life as opposed to just hearing talks about what the bank is supposed to be like or appears to be like.
Everything Else
I was in the Research division so whilst I did think we had apposite time to network on the floor (e.g. Buddies) I would have appreciated more Research reps at lunch time / after work sessions.
