About You
- Really enjoyed the insight into to the industry and it was very helpful for me to decide that sales and trading is a career that would be suitable for me
- All the people I met did everything they could to teach me about their job or answer any questions related or unrelated to work
- HR, buddies and mentors were always there to answer any questions about anything
- During these two weeks I had a very steep learning curve in finance, but also in skills such as leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills, which will be very helpful in the future regardless of whether I pursue a career in finance or not
The Company
- The programme followed a clear structure and we had a lot of free time to reach out to people and do informal desk rotations on the areas that interested us the most.
- Friendly environment and no competition between interns as HR were very clear about the fact that they could convert everyone if everyone was good enough
