About You
I really liked it because it gave me a really positive insight of the firm. I learned a lot about finance and goldman sachs at the same time, knowing the people and the culture.
The HR were here to respond to our questions, and the employees were the first ones to try to dialogue with me, and I find it great.
There were a lot of informational sessions in order to understand what we were going to do during the Spring internship, and how we had to do them in order to succeed.
Now, I know that I am definitely interested in the financial industry, and more particularly in some specific divisions. This has helped me realizing that I am going to specialize in Finance in my studies.
The Company
Thanks to our calendar, we knew what we were going to do each day, and it allowed us manage our time in order to meet people apart from the group sessions.
It started very fast and I think we had a great dynamic and challenging environment during these two weeks.
They invested in us putting us in relations with people, managing all the accommodation and the travel process.
By meeting the employees and doing some work shadowing sessions, we had a real insight of what the jobs of the employees are
Same, thanks to the meet ups with several employees, I understood shortly what is the culture of the Firm.
I was in touch with several divisions the same day, so that facilitated me understand the diversity of the jobs, and which ones I liked most.
Everything Else
Yes, that helped me a lot.
Yes, both group networking sessions and individual ones.
They allowed us to seize the opportunity to meet diverse people.
Yes, if you are curious you can tell them almost all kind of questions.
yes.
