About You
I thoroughly enjoyed the programme. It was alot of hard work but very helpful and an invaluable experience.
I left very valued, the firm made a very big effort to make me feel comfortable and offered a range of different services outside our division, for example the gym.
I received a lot of guidance, we were assigned buddies and specific HCM representatives that we could talk to. We were also given access to full time employees schedules so we could book meeting with them and learn from them
I think the skills I developed will assist me in my studies especially since study maths and finance and they helped me understand my studies more as I was able to see what i learnt in university put into practice.
The Company
Very well structured. We were given the full 2 week programme calendar when we got our internal emails so we were able to see what, where and when we were doing everyday for the whole programme.
Initially intimidating because of the status of the firm but soon because very friendly yet still professional
They invested in us thoroughly, we had insights and shadowing session from every single team in our division and ranging from junior to senior people to ensure we learnt from everyone
The insight definitely did, we were treated like actual employees with all the responsibilities and perks like access to the canteen, the gym, security cards.
A lot, as we were exposed to so much of the firm we were able to tell clearly the culture and vibe of the firm
Extremely, we were actually told what each division does from a general basis to a day to day basis.
Everything Else
Yes! in fact we were encouraged to with every employee we came across telling us to email us any questions or for catch ups
Fun and beneficial
Yes, we had a look at the way the firm contributed to the community
Yes! it was very helpful, insight and such an invaluable experience
