About You
HR people, buddies, mentors, people we met during desk rotations and conferences... So many people were supportive, and were really attentive to us.
The Company
The HR team has really done an amazing job, everything was perfectly scheduled, we managed to see so many people from diverse backgrounds and on different products thanks to their organization. No day was the same as another one. Perfectly structured.
Conferences on the different roles of the trading floor, desk rotations on various products, so many people willing to give their inside view... That definitely helped me.
