About You
The insight was an excellent opportunity to further understand the finance and risk divisions. Thanks to this spring programme, I was given the possibility to detect which department of risk management I was interested more in, and this experience helped me to discover my passion for operational risk.
I felt extremely valued both by division specific employees who were responsible for presenting their department, analysts who explained to me what their job consists in and by the human capital management team.
The Company
It was well structured and balanced. Interns had the opportunity to learn deeply from analysts and enlarge their knowledge thanks to work shadowing. At the same time, the insight provided several networking events.
Good and engaging atmosphere.
