About You
It was amazing in so many different aspects. Getting to learn about my division first off, the structure of the whole firm, the culture at the firm, how enthusiastic, helpful and talented the people at the firm are and my fellow colleagues in my spring class.
I felt valued because everyone was so willing to help. The people here have very hectic schedules, and the fact that they took the time to speak to us just shows how much they care.
Everyone here is so willing to help and sharing their experiences which is so beneficial and insightful for me.
In terms my degree studies, the spring week helped me in better understanding the macroeconomic environment better. And how theoretical concepts are applied in the real world.
The Company
I loved how we got exposed to every single sub division within the Finance and Risk Division. And how they also still left time for us to schedule our own initiative and reach out to other people to find our more about anything we wanted to know.
It wasn't as what I expected in the aspects of how friendly and genuine everyone is, which I love. Egalitarianism is definitely something here at the firm, it does not matter who Im talking to they will always be engaged and so helpful.
The culture of the firm was definitely prominent throughout these two weeks, However, we were not exactly in the working environment in this programme.
