The Role
8 - thoroughly good experience, not too many complaints.
8 - the vast majority of them were willing to help me with whatever I didn't understand and took time to explain the more difficult concepts to me.
10 - nothing negative to say.
4 - tough to quantify although I was more on the busy side - used my spare time to catch up and meet various colleagues.
5/6 - healthy balance, took control of certain quizzes along with fellow Mentor group members.
9 - if not for my previous experiences in Finance, this would be a 10.
The Company
8 - generally positive, most employees were open and free to talk to when they were busy.
8 - the timing of certain parts of the schedule were tight, usually resulted in me being late to scheduled desk rotations.
Lot of time taken to enable you to showcase your skills and personality, although 2 weeks arguably isn't a strong indicator.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
8 - highly appealing, lots of streamlined opportunities.
The Culture
8 - for the most part, majority of fellow interns were easygoing and pleasant to talk to.
Only travel costs were a thing for me - lived with parents during the duration of the internship.
Didn't take in the night life after work - usually went straight home.
Had scheduled fitness sessions but I was only allowed to officially sign up to one. Wasn't allowed to use the gym due to me being an intern which was annoying.
