About You
The whole programme was very interesting and exciting.
I felt that the company really wants me to develop and progress to the summer programme.
I received a lot of support from all employees that I have met.
Definitely the deeper understanding of the banking industry will help me in understanding the Banking and Financial Institution module and generally contribute to my performance in finance degree.
The Company
Very well. We had a lot of session and later more free time to work on the project.
The atmosphere was always positive
A lot because the insight was very long and thus gave me more chances to observe the firm.
Definitely a lot as I had the chance to learn more about different divisions and roles. I also spoke to many people about their typical day schedules which gave me w great indication of what I may expect in the future.
It was extremely valuable experience that was much more lively than simply reading about the company online.
Very valuable as I had an insight in all teams within finance division.
Everything Else
Definitely yes, the pay was even higher than I expected.
Yes, there were many such chances. Some were organised but we could also contact employees on our own.
Especially at the beginning which made it easier to get to know other interns and workers of the company.
Yes, I have heard a bit about networks and community initiatives.
Definitely yes.
