About You
The insight was very enjoyable. I met a lot of interesting employees and interns. It was great to hear the personal stories of employees at Goldman Sachs.
The people here are very friendly and I felt very valued. Most people here were more than willing to schedule in time to speak with interns and answer questions. Goldman Sachs also provided accommodation and paid us for the program duration. In my opinion, this indicated their willingness to invest in us.
I had a buddy who helped me whenever I was unsure how to approach a particular situation. I also met many employees during the internship who provided helpful advice.
We had a group project which pushed us to work on our teamwork and communication skills.
The Company
Each day had a defined program but allowed us time to meet with other people and tailor our experience.
Great people, fun discussions
Within the division I interned in, I have a clear definition of day to day roles and career prospects
Goldman Sachs has a very different feel on the inside than the outside. They truly value their employees and people value one another. Teamwork is essential here.
