The Role
The work itself was interesting, and it was satisfying to see real change in the company based in my work
I saw real change based on the work I was doing, and consistently felt valued when working with others
Supportive staff in every area, not a single person I interacted with came across as unsupportive
This is where the placement falls down for me - the workload was very inconsistent and there were a lot of days where I did not have any work to do at all; I even brought this up with my placement supervisor but didn't see any improvement following this
Again, the projects I was given delivered real change, although admitted I did not feel this way on a daily basis
I did not feel that my skills were developed that much - because this placement was only 10 weeks, it was difficult to get any sort of training or development plan under way
