The Role
A highly pressured 10 weeks but rewarding, a interesting role and good colleagues.
Given tasks which were of genuine use to the team however as I wasn't approved to carry out the actual job, I had limited impact and value
Weekly sit down with my managers to provide feedback and guidance.
Daily tasks, shadowing, workshops and long term projects meant I was always busy
Not being FCA approved my responsibilities were limited
The learning and training will prove invaluable for the graduate role
The Company
Very well organised
We had numerous training sessions throughout the internship. Initially we had 5 days of formal training covering all of the basics. During the internship I received more specific training to the area I was working in (2/3 sessions a week).
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare/Dental
The Culture
We had a number of planned socials during the internship as well as informal drinks after work with colleagues and other interns.
London prices
London has a wide variety of nightlife to cater for all tastes.
