The Role
I really enjoyed my internship: project was challenging so I was never bored, I had a lot of technical and soft skills training. Apart from that, I enjoyed the firm's culture, how people were helping me.
I felt extremely valued by my colleagues, they made me feel like I was working there for years
I had a manager, buddy and a mentor, so whenever I needed help those people always assisted me straight away. Also, my whole team were helping a lot.
There were days where I had a lot of work to do, sometimes stay slightly later, but usually my work was managable
I was given a huge responsibility and assigned to a very important project that has a lot of impact to the business.
I had a lot of technical training, improved my programming skills. Also, I've learnt how to be more productive by planning my day ahead.
The Company
We were always sharing jokes through the day, or went for a quick table football / ping pong game
At the beginning it took a couple days to set up work-space, but my team did a lot of that before I started so it made me feel that they've been waiting for me.
I received a lot of training, improved my communication and presentation skills. I felt that the firm really wanted me to succeed
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing, there are a lot of career opportunities and there is always a space to grow
The Culture
Interns were extremely friendly, we were spending a lot of time together at work as well as after work
Area is not cheap, but there a lots of bars, cafes and restaurants and even parks to go out
I had the time of my life!
yes, as interns we have to do volunteering, also had an opportunity to go on the trips as well as other various events
