The Role
I really enjoyed it and there were a variety of different sessions organised by HCM, such as netwoorking, CTW, knowledge share and speakers which I found them very useful. They gave a wide range of information and lots of opportunities for us to find out the firm as well as the division.
Everyone was really supportive and senior managers are friendly to take any questions. Colleagues gave training to me in the first 2 weeks of my internship and we have a buddy and a mentor to seek advice from.
I had weekly catch up with my mentor and manager, so I could always know the area that I need to improve and also bring my own opinions about my work.
At Quarter end and month end we were quite busy and I could handle the workload.
I had my own project which I took a lot of responsibilities on.
The excel skill and communication skill are the key things I learnt from the internship.
