The Role
The people. Most of them where very helpful and keen to meet you. Also learnt a decent amount about the industry, the job and various stages of the career.
Extremely valued. They would try to get you visible to seniors, take you to meetings and fully try to involve you.
As I never really worked with them directly, they gave me career advises but on the job itself it was more the juniors
Being a intern it is hard to fully involve you as there are many events and also a curfew.
I had my task which were of course reviewed but until delivery it was my responsibility
I believe the values and content I was taught might not really help my academic career but certainly my professional and personal.
The Company
Generally professional but friendly
Very organised. Not a single time when i felt something was going wrong
on average I would say we would have at least 1 HR session per day to guide us
Subsidised/Company Gym
Hard to get in and all interns are very good.
The Culture
Supportive and loved to meet each other outside of office
As it is London the budget has to be adapted.
It is London.
Only on the weekends and sometimes only one day
