The Role
Very good job experience. working with very interesting and talanted people in a very challenging environment.
Very much. Took advantage of someone always being on vacation and try to ask for as much job as they could give me. Felt valued and as i showed my value the workload and their confidence increased as well as the difficlty of each tasks, something i find very rewarding and feel very proud for receiving such confidence.
A lot but also tried to be as autonomous as possible whilst delivering a good service. when help was needed tehy were available.
Depended a lot on the people that were at the desk at a given day and as well of the client calls and needs of a given day. Mornings are quieter while afternoons are frenetic and work usually until 9pm at least.
Very much was even inj charge of preparation for several client presentations, and even though the final product was always revised i had no supervision during my work, they trsuted i could deliver on tme and with quality.
Very much. A lot of financial instruments now dominated and a much better economic and market reasoning.
The Company
I was working in LATAM so all latino people around it was always good fun and managed to get our stress levels lower. Very friendly and funny people.
Very well organized, a lot of sessions just for the interns and the team always had work for us if we showed availability and willingness to work and learn. Maybe just too much intern projects getting us distracted from the more important day to day work.
Many many trainings and a full week in London where we were provided with everything.

Very appealing. Very much everyone I know want oto work here and a lot of people end up staying for a long time, no surprise there.
The Culture
yes a lot of times grabbing a beer after work with colleagues and fellow interns. among interns and analysts we hanged out a lot out of the office.
Very very costly but the pay compensates for that
Fun but a bit repetitive.
sometimes.
