The Role
I feel deeply privileged to have been part of the Summer Internship at JP Morgan. I have found it extraordinary how much JP Morgan invests in us by organizing very frequent trainings, senior speaker and networking events. I discovered a stimulating and challenging work environment in which I adapted and quickly felt comfortable in, due to the exceptional team and company I was working amongst! I have found myself executing tasks for the greater achievement of the team thus working with a strong purpose and motivation to help my team to maintain its leadership position. In a nutshell, I have truly enjoyed the team, the job and the company. This 鈥減erfect鈥 trio makes it the best place to start my career!
The Company
The atmosphere was very pleasant, the open space promotes interactions. I got to meet, ask questions and from times to times simply chat with many different sales and trades ranging from analysts to head of the department.
It was very well organized. We had sales and traders looking over us and organizing all the Credit events/meetings: trade idea presentations, morning briefings, etc.
Very good! It has become part of my routine to spend time with my summer fellow interns and to help each other out when need be. I regularly go seek for advice as well as get many solicitations, for instance to check their PnL Calculations, help them prepare for the Trade idea presentations, etc.
