I sincerely enjoyed the insight experience as it exposed me to the oil & gas industry and it provided me with basic grounding and understanding of the sector. Furthermore, the staff was very helpful and welcoming, giving a hand when need and providing information when required. Overall, I believe that the BP Insight Day has been one of the best insight experience which I had the pleasure to attend in my first year of university. Overall, I am very satisfied with the insight.

I felt important as they consider each candidate as a potential employee. Therefore, the HR Recruitment Team and the professionals treated me with kindness and answered all my questions with promptness. Also, the fact that there was a not too large group of people attending the programme enabled each Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵ to feel as comfortable as possible. Overall, I felt valued by the company.

At the end of the day I knew exactly what were the requirements need to be successful with my job application and I had a better idea of what division I wanted to work in. The guidance was constant and helpful since there was always someone to help out with any issue. As such, I feel that my knowledge of the company and of the industry has grown and my appreciation has matured. Overall, I am very satisfied with the guidance and technical assistance provided.

I am a better Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵ for having attended the insight experience at BP, and will be grateful for the opportunities this organization provided. This is an organization that truly lives by it's core values and that is really hard to find these days. As such, they help you understand what kind of job is best for you, guiding you throughout your studies and your experiences in order to create the best applicant.

The Insight Day with BP was structured well, but I truly believe that it could be improved as there was a small focus on the more physical and technical understanding of the job and on the future development of the business. Therefore, I would have appreciated to see more important speakers talking about the future of the business and also on the cons of being a part of the company. However, I believe that the Insight Programme was well structured as it followed a logical and interesting scheme.

The atmosphere of the Insight Experience was delightful and relaxing, as little pressure was felt in the room and the people focused on putting you at ease. Furthermore, it was lovely to meet Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵs with international and diverse backgrounds attending different courses in some of the most prestigious universities in the UK. I believe that I met new friends and future potential collaborators. Furthermore, The HR Recruitment Team tried to create the most relaxing environment for us to focus and concentrate on the different events.

As a Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵ, I felt as if the company had invested a lot of time on my professional development. As a result, I am extremely grateful to BP for allowing me to have a better overall understanding of the sector and of my chances to get a position with the company. I believe that days like the discovery day are more valuable than any economic reward because it exposes you to the most important aspects of the company.

The experience helped me to obtain a more detailed picture of what having a full paid role with BP would be like. As a result, I believe that I know what to expect in the selection process and also in the potential teams I could be working for. However, there was no focus on the pay and on the potential roles in diverse divisions. Therefore, I would have been interested in knowing these aspects of the company.

The Insight Experience helped me gain a better and thorough understanding of the company's culture. As a consequence, I believe that I know what are the most important values regarding the development of the oil & gas industry and especially of BP's approach to it. Overall, I am very pleased with the exposure I received by applying to the insight day and its interesting and sophisticated culture of excellence.

The content of the day was very valuable and insightful as it enabled me to understand where i want my career path to go. I understood that i wanted to apply for an internship and probably a full time role with the company. In fact, the insight led me to appreciate every side of the business, from the most lucrative part to the pure physical, scientific and technical side of the firm. Overall, I am very pleased with all the information I gained and I feel as if it helped me a lot to understand my future goals.

I was reimbursed with my traveling and staying expenses. Therefore, I was very grateful to the company for allowing me not to spend too much money in order to attend this fantastic Insight Programme. Moreover, they offered us snacks, lunch, coffee and other food. As a result, I has to pay nothing for attending the day and at the same time I felt pleased with the way BP's Recruitment Team treated us. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience and pleased with the insight day.

There were several opportunities to network with senior employees and employers. As a result, we all gained very helpful information regarding the selection process, the culture of the company, the potential career development in BP, and what kind of Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵs they are looking for. Furthermore, It was very interesting to meet employees who were very satisfied with their careers and that were able to participate actively to other societies and clubs while maximising their work experience. I am very happy with the opportunities I received.

The networking and social events were very helpful and delightful as the atmosphere was relaxing. However, these events were lacking a bit of people as I would have loved to encounter and meet people with greater experience and at very senior level. This would have attracted me further to applying for the company and also to gain a better understanding of what to expect. However, overall, I was very happy with the entire experience and with the people I met.

Yes, I found out some of the most important activities that the employees get involved in outside of work. However, these were only a few.
