Programme Overview

Shape the future of banking by joining Barclays’ Technology Explorer programme. Over the course of two years, you’ll experience live rotations across teams working in infrastructure, cyber, developer tools and data science.

• Tackle real technical problems in coding, automation or security
• Rotate through different tech teams and projects to broaden your experience
• Join an immersive boot camp and receive mentorship and peer support
