Programme Overview:

PwC’s Operate Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in finance and managed services, helping clients meet their operational, regulatory, and financial challenges. As part of the Operate division, you will work within PwC’s specialist delivery hub, providing clients with high-quality solutions across financial management, compliance, and business operations.

This programme is designed to give you broad exposure to finance operations, project management, and customer service. You will work with a diverse range of clients, assisting them in improving their operational efficiency, managing financial processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of PwC’s Operate Graduate Programme, you will:

  • Finance Managed Services: Support clients in managing and improving their finance operations, from transaction processing and reconciliations to reporting and financial analysis.
  • Business Operations: Help clients streamline their business processes by providing operational support, project management services, and tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Work with clients to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, particularly in finance and business operations, helping them manage risk and meet industry standards.
  • Client Service: Provide high-quality customer service, building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective managed services that add value.

Training and Development:

Throughout the Operate Graduate Programme, PwC will provide full support for you to work towards relevant professional qualifications such as CIMA or ACCA. You will also benefit from:

Throughout the Operate Graduate Programme, you will:

  • Work on real client projects, helping to manage finance operations, improve business processes, and meet regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, providing integrated solutions to help clients achieve operational excellence.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their operational challenges and delivering tailored solutions that drive efficiency and compliance.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking graduates with a passion for finance and business operations, who are ready to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. To succeed in the Operate Graduate Programme, you should have:

  • A 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in any discipline, though degrees in finance, business, economics, or engineering are advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a desire to learn and take on new challenges.
  • A keen interest in finance operations, business processes, and regulatory compliance.
