Project Assistant - 25/26 Campaign Season
The Role
We are looking for three enthusiastic Project Assistants to join our Agency team! This is a seven month fixed-term contract supporting on client campaigns and events during the busy autumn term. The Project Assistants will be working with our team of Project Managers to ensure our campaigns and events are set up and performing. Our AudienceÂ
Our audience is young people aged 16-24, comprised of mostly school leavers and university Î÷¹ÏÊÓÆµs. You will be directly engaging with our university audience to inspire them with work experience opportunities. Â
Core Responsibilities
Campaigns:
- Lead on-campus event coordination, acting as the primary Higherin Boost contact on-site
- Manage Brand Ambassadors: from briefing and day-to-day comms to tracking performance against campaign KPIs on events
- Liaise with university contacts and external suppliers to ensure smooth event execution
- Support with the recruitment of Brand Ambassadors at universities, schools and colleges across the UK
- Support senior delivery team members (ADs, SAMs, PMs, SPMs) with key admin and operational tasks
- Help set up and maintain campaign infrastructure—tracking links, planning documents, and timesheets
- Collate campaign evidence, support on training days, and contribute to post-campaign reports
Events:
- Manage Events on-site across different campuses across the UK.
- Responsible for managing Brand Ambassadors on the event.
- Responsible for hitting target number of sign-ups per event.
- Candidates must be willing to travel in the role, in peak season this could be up to 3 events per week.
- Candidates must be confident to be the solo on-site event manager on campus.

- Excellent understanding of the English language (both spoken and written)
- Quick learner with great initiative

Amazing (but not essential) if...
- Previously undertaken work experience while at university
- Previous events or hospitality industry experience
- Attended careers fairs/ Î÷¹ÏÊÓÆµ recruitment events
- Been a Brand Ambassador
- Helped with the creation and organisation of events
- Experience working in a target-driven environment
Hybrid working
We have a hybrid work set-up, whereby you'll be expected to work from our office in Brixton a minimum of 1 day per week. Additionally, there will be regular travel to universities across the UK as part of this role.Â
Salary
£28,500 per annum, pro-rata. We are committed to paying the London Living Wage.
