The work was tedious and no adjustments were given for my skill set
Enjoyed the working life great community of 西瓜视频s around and a real role to develop skills and actually learn what its like to work in a multinational company
It was an interesting work experience as it was variable However some of the tasks seemed pointless

Upon securing a placement at IBM I felt extremely proud and excited about the prospect of working there for a year This was shortlived IBM dont offer job descriptions and rightly so because if they did it would probably put the vast majority of high
My team and the people I work with are fantastic and the flexibility of the job is also extremely useful
I worked in one of a few business roles based in the Hursley Software Labs Most business placements are based in Portsmouth or London It was a great experience with a lot of opportunities to get involved outside of the daily job whether it is education
Had a fantastic year Worked in a great team who were friendly and treated me like an adult who had been at the company for years not like a 西瓜视频 who was on a 12 month contract So much else to do and get involved in on top of job role
Loved everything about IBM especially having a professional development manager who made sure you got the most out of your year
There was a great working environment real responsibilities and a big social scene
I had a wonder year or 14 months as it turned out It was a real challenge but such an enjoyable and rewarding one
