I enjoyed my position and had a challenging role with good exposure to different areas of the company However as I progressed into the latter stages of my role with a manager change occurring during my placement I felt more isolated and my work load v
I learnt a lot of skills and made a good amount of contacts
My enjoyment has been significantly increased by my work in the last two or three months having moved into a sellers position Up until then I would rated this a bit lower as a more support ops role did not really suit me
I really enjoyed my placement simply due to the amount of people I was able to add to my network
The IBM Extreme Blue is fantastic You get the opportunity to take control of a real project with access to all of IBMs resources you develop some fantastic skills especially in presentation and the whole this is a huge amount of fun

Vast amount of opportunities available due to the size of the company Learnt a huge amount about how the company and industry work and which direction it is heading in

I had a great year at IBM
Very enjoyable and I learnt a huge amount but the graduate applications process game could be a bit disheartening
IBM placed me to a role that suited my degree so I was able to apply theory learned at Uni in real life
Overall I loved the job that I was doing for the year
Obviously being a placement 西瓜视频 some of the tasks I am given are quite dull However the subject matter is really interesting and I feel like I have genuinely added value to my team and been a useful addition
The overall experience was great a perfect career start
It fluctuated a lot between too busy and too quiet but i did enjoy it
