I felt I was intergrated well into the team both professionally and socially The work was varied and people took the time to explain what to do and how what I was doing contributed

Restructuring is obviously cyclical and the amount of work is at times dependent on market conditions etc Overall always given enjoyable and stimulating work working environment is fantastic

The jobs I worked on were varied some where more laborious yet helped collegues prioritise client work and others such as the engagement shadowing at client sites were very enjoyable The scheme includes a strong social element and the induction week

In terms of the work some of it was quite mundane but I also attended some interestinf meetings and had to give a presentation The social side was enjoyable we had a very good induction where we all stayed in halls together which helped in getting to kn
I enjoyed being made part of the team and having reponsibility of having lots of different and varied jobs to do out at a client
