overall the experience was enjoyable
I really enjoyed my time with LBG I was given a lot of responsibility and shown round a lot of the company while undertaking various tasks I was also left to my own devices and able to flourish creatively on a project which took 3 weeks
Overall a very enjoyable experience 710 due to some days being very slow
It was a very enjoyable experience on the whole However I didnt always feel like I was being challenged as much as I would have liked Also the almost complete lack of attempt to allow the interns to integrate was one fairly major draw back
My first two weeks were very slow as there wasnt much for me to do It slowly picked up but this was mainly monotonous work
Internship was structered pretty well with training activities and networking opportunities
Its was fun day to day tasks were challenging in a good way I got to learn new things everyday
The work itself was not enjoyable and involved many routine basic tasks with a low level of cognitive engagement however I was given autonomy which allowed me to perform more engaging fulfilling activities My colleagues were also great
I enjoyed it greatly The focus on getting me to a place where I would be offered with a Graduate position was the driving force for my whole team and support structure I felt like I was in a place to succeed before Id even begun
I really enjoyed my internship at Lloyds Banking Group as I was valued by my colleagues as not just an intern but a member of the team I was also given important projects and tasks which made my internship thoroughly enjoyable
I loved the responsibilities given to me and the skills I gained throughout my internship I was made to feel welcomed instantly and gained a valuable insight into Lloyds Banking Group that has encouraged me to pursue a career with them
