I thoroughlly enjoyed working at Cancer Research UK It is a large friendly office and there is always something to keep you busy and people to meet with to discuss your work Having other interns around was also very useful and nice to be able to vent
I really liked it I got a chance not only to be in the office dealing with all the admin side of the charity but also got the chance to experience the events and see where all the hard work I put in went
It has given me such great experience and skills
I particularly loved the relaxed and friendly office atmosphere Gaining careerfocus was one of my aims in applying for the internship and I know now that this is the sector I want to work in

I did a number of different and engaging tasks over the 11 weeks However at times some of my work was more tedious
It was a completely new and exciting experience and great to work in a busy office environment for the first time in a strong team set up
