The business unit looked to use you as a tool to help it in certain ways Involvement in projects and although temporary would invest training and qualifications into its 西瓜视频s The chance to use the company assets to visit other Cummins Ltd factories
I used little experience gained from university although a good experience from a business environment very boring at times due to the content of the job role
Yes I did enjoy the placement and i feel that I have developed alot of skills here that I will be able to transfer to other jobs in the future
My colleagues were very helpful and I had many fun tasks to complete

The work set was challenging and exciting I enjoyed being able to meet the customer and discuss requirements instead of just being given the specification
The job is very varied and allows you to work in areas that you are interestedin

I have learnt so much in this placement and been exposed to many opportunities such as travelling to Scotland training courses etc although I seemed to be in charge of the performing the same few jobs so did not seem as challenging after a while

The job was demanding but there was great opportunity to learn and every opportunity was given to attend relevant lectures and seminars at places like the IMechE The job has helped me learn and grow so much and given me valuable experience to draw back
