It was a slow start to begin with but gradually picked up pace as the weeks went on Team HR were very welcoming and friendly and any issues were addressed quickly to ensure intern happiness
All round it was both education and enjoyable and provided me with an invaluable insight
I enjoyed my internship at RBS and the culture at the company but realised early on that I did not want to pursue a career in Operations
I had so much fun on my internship was given interesting work and sat worked with a fantastic group of people

i liked the new structure but improvements can definitely be made when carrying it out i think it needs to be a combination of showing personal initiative and organised opportunities
