Best feature about this insight week was the depth it went into for GFAadvisory side of IB If youre sure you want to do advisory banking as opposed to sales and trading this is probably the best Spring Week It is also a good insight week to do if you
Really interesting presentations giving you an overview of different divisions and extremely relevant project work
Great fun from start to finish with a wide variety of topics and activities which were stimulating throughout
The hours in investment banking are inevitably long but I found it easier than expected because the work was interesting
Loved it Didnt want to leave The job itself was never the same day after day and always introduced a challenge
I really enjoyed my time at Rothschild They made it fun and a great learning experience
I was given a variety of different tasks offering exposure to a wide variety of areas within my placement I was able to contribute thoughts as to areas I would like to learn more about and those I was perhaps not as interested in
Hard work but an enjoyable and worthwhile experience
Rothschild provided a highly stimulating environment with great amenities and support structures
Really valuable experience would highly recommend it for anyone thinking of going into banking or looking to find out more about the industry
