Whilst it was difficult to know what to expect from the role due to the ambiguity of the job descriptions and the allocation process on the whole it has been enjoyable and met my expectations
Such an interesting role given lots responsibility which made me feel more valued
Had such a great time Not only did I get to work in London but I also got to work for one of the best tech companies out there The experience Ive gained this year has been invaluable and I had fun doing it
I was given a lot of responsibility straight away in a challenging and varied role I was shocked by how much Id learnt in a month and looking back on a whole year Im transformed
It has been a fantastic year and I would highly recommend it to anyone who has the option to take a placement during their degree The things you learn are above and beyond what any degree can teach you and will add so much to you as a person
Microsoft is an amazing company to work for and I had a great time Working at a company like Microsoft gave me experiences that I wouldnt be able to have in another company
This placement has really been one of the best years of my life Ive met amazing people both interns and colleagues and learnt so much that I will be able to use in my future career

I found it extremely interesting and worthwhile There are over 100 interns in the UK so ive made some great friends and learnt so much
