What do you most enjoy about your role?

Having a balance of practical and office work. Work days can be very varied and are often organised by the 西瓜视频 themselves. This flexibility allows the year to be tailored to how you work best.

What is the office atmosphere like?

Very friendly, there is a good balance of professionalism and socialness between office members. Everyone is very supportive of each other鈥檚 work, with there being lots of help available when required.

What activities are there outside of work?

The Sports and Social club organise activities regularly for employees, the 西瓜视频s in my year have also been very sociable and I have formed brilliant friendships as a result of this.
